FARE (Food, Agriculture, and Restaurant Establishments) connects our local food system from producers to consumers, from field to fork. This annual festival at Jack’s Urban Meeting Place in downtown Boise brings together one of the largest gatherings of passionate, like-minded folks working across the food and agriculture community.

LTTV is hosting a three-part series about growth in the Treasure Valley, conservation easements, and alternative solutions!
This course will discuss how urban sprawl affects wildlife, agriculture, fire risk, and quality of life in Idaho. We will examine conservation easements and their alternatives, funding gaps, and the challenges of protecting land without state support. We also will explore smart growth, zoning, and cooperative community land use when traditional tools fall short. With increasing insecurity around grant funding and development, this course will highlight the urgent need fort innovative conservation strategies to protect Idaho’s future.
This event is free for Osher members. This is part 1 of 3; the other parts will be held on April 13th and 20th at the same time of day.

Included with each ticket is a bountiful buffet, live music, and exciting raffle and auction items. We can’t wait to enjoy an extravagant night of building community and creating a culture of conservation through permanent land protection.
